Emma joined Youable in June, 2025, and has worked in human services since 2022.  She has experience working with children, adolescents, and families, and has worked in child welfare (foster care licensing and support) and adolescent mental health in a residential treatment facility prior to case management.  She works to ensure that youth have access to the services they need to thrive.  She empowers her clients by offering consistent, responsive support, and by assisting clients in accessing available resources.

When she is not working, Emma enjoys going for walks with her dog, camping, journaling, and cooking new recipes.
